Bijou Cafe SARASOTA Skilled chef/owner Jean-Pierre Knaggs and his wife Shay strive to provide a memorable dining experience to each and every guest. An innovative menu has been carefully created by Jean-Pierre and offers a variety of continental-American cuisine. The lunch menu includes such dishes as shrimp and crab bisque, panned grouper sandwiches, and handmade ravioli.
